Clexza is a BCL-2 inhibitor for the treatment of adult patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Smal Lymphocytic Leukemia Clexza is also used in combination with Azacitadine or Decitabine for newly diagnosed AML in adults who are 75 years or older or who have comorbidities that preclude use of intensive induction chemotherapy
